thrilled with this purchase
I've got all cameras installed. Compared to my Arlo, blink and ring cameras, this was a BREEZE to set up. Very simple wall mount, easy to put together but difficult for anyone to grab and remove. It connected to my wifi immediately. Instructions did not indicate to turn off your phone VPN during set up, so that's important. However, they are semi charged so it didn't take 5 hours to charge from zero charge. It took about an hour to fully charge the first thing I really appreciated is that the app tells you when the camera is charged so you can unplug it (during initial set up). This has a lot of features I didn't read about that are a helpful unexpected bonus, such as the ability to NOT have alerts for vehicles. The cameras have a calibration feature, so once you get it in the preferred location, you calibrate the camera to it's location. you don't need a subscription, but can get one for the cloud. You add a 128 mg memory card in each ptz camera, and any video or pictures are stored there. However, it includes a 1 tb tower that the cameras connect to, and I'm not sure how pictures are stored there. Your video and pictures on the memory card are auto encrypted, but to see the full pic/video... You have to wait about 15 seconds for it to decrypt. This prevents stealing the pictures or hacking your signal to get pictures. So it's important to set the alerts to send a snapshot for immediate viewing. It will also just send a text. Also, the memory overwrite itself when full, and offers the ability to download them, crop, share, etc Also, don't set up the features and camera names until the cameras are placed, or you may wind up doing it twice as I did. Another nice feature is the ability to set 4 standard views per camera, but you can also manually pan, tilt, zoom. You snooze the camera which was very effective while my handyman was running around outside. A very nice find is the kit includes the wall mounts, 10 ft type c cords, screws, etc. you don't need to buy anything to get them mounted. The cameras have 10 different chime options, which is nice to differentiate cameras. You can set them to monitor continuously, or only notify for humans, cars, other, or all. If you live on a busy street and don't want to see cars driving by, this is nice. You use OTHER to detect pets... Or wildlife. The ptz features work very well, and It seems to be learning. It has an AI feature that you can disable. I'm testing it out. You can also share your videos and pictures with the manufacturer to get points you can use for purchases. I'm not sure how many points it takes for that to be helpful. The cameras work with Google and Alexa. It was very easy to connect to this, but I googled the instructions. The batteries are built in, and I'm not sure if you ever replace them since you'd have to take it apart to do that, those batteries cost about $50. Once you plug the solar thing into the camera, the apps tells that it is charging and the source of power and the percentage of battery remaining. It records sound, and caught me talking to the handyman and it was easy to understand what was said. It idea a snooze feature as well to stop alerts, starting at 30 minutes with 4 other time settings. I haven't figured out how to talk to anyone thru the camera yet. There's even more settings, but that's all I can think of now. The most time consuming part was clocking around in the app to see all the features and what they do. One last thing, the app for the store to purchase is not the save app for the cameras. But both apps have the same name, just different colors. The picture in the day and night is crystal clear. It's 2k, but you can reduce it to 1080p or 720. Also it will auto downgrade and upgrade the recording speed based on your network. Because the pan is 360 degrees, and includes tilt and zoom .. you really can put it anywhere as long as the solar charger is within 10 feet of the camera. The 5 cameras replaced 10. I have a lot of angles, so this is a time saver. Also, since it is self charging, no need to climb ladders to change batteries every few months. I also got the smaller non ptz camera, and it works great too, just no pan or tilt. The zoom goes 8x I think and doesn't pixelate ... It remains clear. The cameras do need to be set up in the lower band of 2.4 ghz (is that right number), but once set up .. you can move your phone back to the higher GHz.. but the cameras can hook directly to wifi or to the included base.

🔥 Eufy SoloCam E30 Cameras Are Better Than Systems We Paid Monthly For 🔥
We recommend and show off our Eufy Security SoloCam E30 set to literally everyone who comes to our house. These cameras are seriously top-notch. The tracking feature is AMAZING — the cameras actually move and follow people or vehicles throughout the yard, which still blows our minds every time. One of my favorite features is being able to turn the alarm mode on when we leave. If someone comes into the yard, the alarm will go off — but somehow it’s smart enough not to constantly trigger from our animals outside, which is a HUGE plus. It also instantly tells us whether it detected a person or a vehicle without us even having to get up and look. On top of that, it captures clear pictures of faces and vehicles just in case you ever need them. The sound quality is honestly insane. Our cameras are mounted 9+ feet high on the house, and you can still hear people talking — even whispering — crystal clear. The video quality is amazing during both the day and night with absolutely no lagging. What stands out the most to us is that yes, they may cost more upfront, BUT you only pay ONCE. No monthly subscription fees at all. That alone makes them worth it compared to other brands we’ve tried that charge $30+ a month and still don’t work nearly as well as these do. The storage is already great, and if you want even more, you can just add a larger SD card and store months worth of footage. Another huge plus is that both me and my husband can access the cameras at the same time without it logging one of us out. And if we ever wanted indoor cameras or a doorbell camera, everything connects into one app seamlessly. Honestly though, the outdoor cameras are so good we barely even feel like we need anything else. Not to mention the battery life. We have never had no problems with it. The sun charges them even if it doesn’t directly hit them or if it’s raining all day. Features are great and seamless. VERY easy set up. I genuinely have NOTHING negative to say about these cameras. If I could recommend one security system to anyone, this would absolutely be it.

Great Cameras!
Really like these cameras. The good: - Love the high resolution cameras and can make out very clearly who it is in the videos. - No monthly service fee but they do have a cloud service if you want. - The AI is quite good on these. You can set it up each camera to track a car, human, or any movement, or any combination of those. - The app is quite user friendly and I was able to figure it out pretty easily. - The battery life is fantastic. With the solar panels, the batteries are always topped off each day and the cameras stay more than 90% full all the time. We live in AZ so we do get a lot of sun so not sure how this would do in other areas like the Pacific Northwest. - The cameras actually look really nice. No antennae sticking out. They are small yet still powerful. I also like the LED light that turns on when it detects something. This is something you can control via the app and you can tell it whether you want the LED to be on or off when tracking. I like it to be on as I want anyone who sees the camera to know it is tracking them. - The app is excellent and I can easily view live feed from each camera or get access to previous recordings. - You can talk two ways with each of these cameras and the volume is surprisingly high. The not so good: - If you want additional storage than what the home base provides, you can purchase separately microSD cards that go in each camera. I did this and none of the SD cards actually worked. I am working with Eufy to fix this and will update this review if we are able to resolve this. It is a bit suspicious that the microSD cards do not work because the alternative is to use their cloud service. We will see if this gets fixed. - The connection to each camera is fairly good, however, there are times when the app tells you it just cannot connect to the camera. Not sure why this is happening but it seems to be getting a bit better and it certainly does not happen to often. - There are times that I have tested the cameras to see if it detects motion and sometimes it does not. This is not a major issue as the motion sensitivity can be adjusted so that is likely a quick adjustment.

Great Camera — Clear, Easy to Use, and Works Perfectly!
I recently bought this camera from Amazon and I’m really happy with it. The video quality is clear, both during the day and at night. The night mode offers two options: color or black-and-white, which is very useful depending on the situation. Installation was very easy, and the camera can charge using sunlight or even regular daylight, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a great camera for the price, very convenient, and I definitely recommend it.

Effortless Setup, Clear Footage, and Total Peace of Mind
The eufy SoloCam E30 really delivers on simplicity and performance. I was impressed by how easy it was to install—just two screws and you’re done, no wiring or complicated setup needed. The built-in solar panel keeps it powered effortlessly, which is a huge plus for long-term use. (I live in Miami Beach so this is perfect ) The video clarity is excellent, even in different lighting conditions, and the app gives you instant access to live or recorded footage as long as there’s WiFi. I love that I can check in anytime from my phone. Fun bonus—I even installed one in my bunny hutch to peek in on them during the day (just make sure to turn off notifications, or your phone will constantly alert you when they hop around!). I also have cams watching the front door, garage, and lawn, and they’ve all performed reliably. This is a great all-around wireless security option for anyone wanting an easy, no-fuss setup with solid features.

Mmm
I absolutely love Eufy. And they don’t make you buy a subscription that makes you pay even more money. With what I bought here I have 15 GB of storage which allows me to store video clips for several weeks before needing to delete videos to make more room. Any videos that are important I can easily save them to my camera roll with one click. The only complaint I have (which I addressed to eufy) is that when on live and I want to have a two way conversation with someone that is on my camera it will not allow me to hear the person in front of the camera when using my iPhone with the eufy app. I’ve contacted customer support and they basically said it can’t be done because the iPhone won’t allow it. So I suggested that there app design team look into it because I was able to do it with my blink camera system, so if I could do it with those cameras then it has to be possible. But with the exception of that, these cameras are amazing. And I have it set to almost the most recording time possible. My clips are 90 seconds each, my interval between triggers is 5 seconds and I have the “end clip early if motion stops” feature turned off. So their is a lot of recording done by my cameras, and I don’t think the cameras have ever gone below 90% battery levels. Solar panels work great, even on a cloudy day

Made the switch from Blink. I will likely never go back.
We switched from Blink to Eufy mainly because the Blink System had a horrible lag on the live view. I hemmed and hawed over the price tag, but the fact that you don't have to pay a subscription fee to store your footage was HUGE. The cameras were so incredibly easy to set up and the peace of mind of having it solar powered is a game-changer. With the Blink system, it was nice not having it wired, but you had to go up and change the lithium batteries every two-years or so. Might not be such a big deal if you have them placed in more accessible locations. Images are crisp and clear. 360 rotation allows for our 4 cameras to see every corner of our property. Great night time vision and can tell the difference between cars and people, delivery people and packages, and also when packages are retrieved. All in all, I'm super happy with this switch.

Very happy with the Eufy security camera
Been using these for a week now. So far pretty happy with the cameras. The quality of the camera seems great. The whole system was easy to install and connect all the cameras. The quality of the videos both day and night are very good. The app is very user friendly and has many different options for settings on the cameras. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it does seem to take a bit for my phone to connect to a camera for viewing or to look at recordings. Still messing with interest things as im not sure if its truly the cameras or my wifi is getting overloaded. The Hub can be connected via ethernet or wifi so that's a nice feature. I was really looking for something with good night vision and am very happy with this. You can see a good distance at night and the quality of that picture is pretty good. I did research many cameras for a few weeks before my purchase and in my research eufy was the best. Finally pulled the trigger on the purchase after talking to a close family friend that also recently purchased and was very happy with their purchase. Definitely good quality cameras for the price point. Plenty of the needed features without breaking the bank, and quality of the video is great.
