Great results
I am 65 years old and served 27 years in the US Army. I have always tried to stay in moderate shape, never smoked or drank and never did drugs. I have tried all kinds of supplements through the years and most did not do much if anything. You can imagine my surprise how well I reacted to Lions Mane my energy level is through the roof my mind is sharpest it has been since my 30's. THIS SURPRISED ME!
I have had a few memory problems in the last few years and have thought, like most people I think, that there was nothing I could do about it. Because of a podcast of someone I have come to respect and their discussion of lions mane mushroom tincture possible aid to memory and nerve regeneration I decided to give it a try. I have been taking it daily for 1 month now and I have seen results that I am very happy with! The memory part that convinced me was a couple things; I could not remember the name of a store that I love, the other was the name of a local diner. For each every time I spoke about them I would have to ask someone what the name of the place was. Well, after one week of taking 1 dose per day when I wanted to name the store the name came to me! I was stunned and thought well maybe the name of the diner would also come to me and it did! I can still recall them now whenever I want to. Another thing is sleep. I used to sleep so well at night and did not appreciate it at all! For the last, at least 10 years my sleep has rarely been good-well, I have been sleeping so much better. Last night I slept from about 9 to 4:30 this morning! The last thing is I am a type 2 diabetic and want to use supplements to control blood sugar levels. Berberine worked great for me but after taking for a few days I became so ill from it that I had to stop. I then tried Dehydroberberine which is supposed to be easier on digestion but it also made me ill. Lions Mane is also suggested to help gut health and I thought just maybe it would make it possible for me to try the Dehydroberberine again. I have been on that again for about 2 weeks and so far so good. This has been a long review but I wanted to say all I had experienced in case it's helpful to someone. i know much depends on our own personal makeup as to what will work and won't but this seems to be working for me!

NO positive or negative effects.
The company gave me a full refund- for this reason I changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because they do stand behind their product and want the consumer to be happy.- My original review is below... Was told by a friend in the gym, "this will change your life for the better." They claimed their memory is now better than before, after a few weeks of taking it daily. I didn't have a lot of high expectations, but thought, even if it helps a little it is worth it. I have been taking it consistently every day for a few weeks, and have found NO noticeable improvements in my focus and/or cognition. The supplement has not hurt me. I checked the manufacturing for any seafood or iodine additives (I'm allergic) and it has none. It doesn't have any real odor or taste, and have taken the tincture in plain water. Some of the reviews have claimed it has helped them, but for me, there are NO positive or negative effects.

Good Product For Sleep
Great product, it helps me sleep. I bought another capsule-based version from Plant Vital, which had a higher dosage and gave me a weird headache. This did not give me that feeling, but this product made me feel sleepy the next day too. Update: I tried another product of lion's mane, which was slightly cheaper and, then I came back to this product, because this tincture is more potent and works really well. This will be the only product I will be buying from here onwards. I no longer feel sleepy the next day.
