Pristine quality. I bought it like-new and it really was like-new, I was nervous since in the past I've had refurbished or open-box items that were in a lot worse condition. The MacBook ran the latest version of Sonoma out of the box and came with the exact specs described. I think I had great luck with this machine since the battery is in perfect health too. Basically a brand new computer at a discount.

Received my order the other day (2024 MacBook Air with M3 chip,13-inch, 16GB Ram, 256GB) and it’s exactly as I expected. This is the first time I’m buying refurbished so I was a bit hesitant at first. The MacBook Air I got looks new, and works perfectly. Battery life also as good as new! Happy customer here.
