My food processor and blender didn't get the product small enough to dissolve in coffee so I bought this mill and it works great. When you first run it, it has that new electric motor smell. It is very easy to use, I have not had it jam up, but if the product is not fully dried the product does gather around the blade. It has 3 speeds pulse, fast, and faster.

Amazing grinder though I still have to try grinding wet ingredients like mentioned in the catalog. But value for money!

I bought the green color from this one, and I have been using it for quite a while and it is a great I bought another one but black and color to do other things with it, but it burned right away and the black smoke came out It was a very easy return, which I appreciate However, the one they sent me in return it was not good at all, and if you keep it running for a minute to start smoking too I’m over it

I just absolutely love this grinder. So great with the dry whole spices. does make noise, the speed of the grinder is good, takes less time. value for money.

Solid, strong. Versatile. Used for blending dry ingredients for cookie small batches. The filter also useful for sprinkling flour on cutting board for dough working. Also used for blending a 3-sweetener mix. I believe it can grind coffee though have not tried yet. The top comes on/off easily. The 2-level force control easy to operate (lower speed to super speed). The 2-1/2 cup capacity allows for a good sized batch of anything ground. The body has clear visual direction on exactly where to place and lock/unlock the cup to the base and in what direction to turn. The cover locks/unlocks easily and securely. The body has no-slip suction feet that keep it in place on the counter. All good things; I rarely take time to review, given I take care of an elder 24/7, but this product deserved some time spent on reviewing.

Seems to work very well. Time will tell as to its longevity.

It was easy to install this is the first grinder I bought. As soon as I plugged it in and started the grinder it started smoking and stopped working (Amazon ) customer service said I'm to pay 7.99 for them to pick it up or drop it off at there Amazon center. There's not one near me. It's clearly defective. Here's a video of the product fresh out of the box turned on and it's smoking.

This is simply wonderful. We used it for the first time today and everything went without a hitch. Cut prep time down by 60% as apposed to the other dry grinder we have been using. Aldo, capacity and speed are great

Very comfortable to use

Worked great the first two times, but stopped working during the third use. The unit no longer powers on and it appears the motor may have failed. Unfortunately, it failed just after the 6 month warranty period, so I am unable to return or replace it. Disappointed with the durability and reliability. Update: the seller promptly issued a full refund and also offered a replacement at no additional cost. Their customer service was excellent. It seems my first unit was simply a lemon, and I appreciate the seller standing behind their product.
