What a fantastic product! The aroma is amazing, and great tasing. The color is bright and completely fresh, I use it in many of my cooking and baking. The pouch reseals perfectly; the price point is also excellent. The seller is spectacular, and customer service friendly. I highly recommend this product.

Great cinnamon. Not as strong as cassia but the flavor is a lot more nuanced and overall I prefer it. Since it’s not as strong I prefer to add a little bit more to recipes. I think both have their purposes in the kitchen, but I’ve read that this one (Ceylon) is healthier so I use it more often.

Ceylon Cinnamon has a lot of low-aroma, low-taste products on the market, but this product is high-aroma and high-taste. Anthony's Ceylon Cinnamon was my favorite, but I can't find it to buy right now. So I ordered this one and it is a great choice. Fresh cinnamon has a bit of sweetness to it, and this is fresh with great taste.

Cinnamon is supposed to be good for various conditions, I bought this and add it to my tea. It has a slightly sweet taste, I like it.

This Ceylon cinnamon provides the best and finest texture when mix with other liquid such as coffee and hot water. My morning coffee brewed every morning never tasted better than this. It’s finely pulverize into fine powder which totally preclude any suspended solids often found with a lot of on shelves variety! It’s abundantly packed in two big bags of 1 pound each and an ample lot for the price that it costs. This cinnamon mixes well with hot liquids negating the need for a lot of stirring. The cinnamon flavor is superbly exquisite and has no bitterness which makes it profoundly well matched with a morning brewed. Coffee.
