Very compact and great documentation, much easier to install and get it recognised than other similar brands I've experienced. In app experience was also far better than competing Matter relays. Has performed flawlessly and linked up with Apple Home and Alexa without an issue. Can't share a photo as is behind the light switch but have not had to take it out since installed almost 2 months ago. Great for those looking for a compact switch to control two lights with existing wall switches and wiring.

Absolutely brilliant product, works great with google home

I have several SwitchBot relays wired up behind wall switches to turn noisy extractor fans off at night and back on in the morning. I wish the 2PM relay had come out in the beginning as they allow me to control both the fan itself and the boost function normally linked to the lights with only one smart device. Performance wise they haven't missed a beat operating a couple of times a day (using schedules in the SwitchBot app) except when the WiFi strength is patchy, which can be an issue in a metal box, in the wall, behind a switch! Wiring them up required a little more than basic knowledge of house electrics but actually fitting the relay was easy. Connection to the app was also straight forward, following the instructions. I had been using Switchbot Bots to do the same thing for 2 or 3 years, but the relay doesn't require batteries, is more reliable, quieter and if you have the space behind your wall switches (the relay is 16mm thick + a bit of room for wires), is invisible once installed. Shame this wasn't available 2 or 3 years ago.

This nice little gadget is easy to install even for a not specifically trained tinkerers. You'll need a couple of suitable wires and wago connectors though. Check supplied video instructions, if you are not sure. It is likely to fit the space available behind your wall switch, but check before you start to avoid undoing it just to make more room to put it all back together.

This was the first matter enabled switch I have installed. Item works perfectly, but took a bit of trial and error to integrate with Home Assistant. Now that I am more familiar with matter enabled devices everything is a little easier.

I have been trying out smart home devices for a while, and this Smart Relay Switch really feels like the last piece of the jigsaw. It is compact, matchbox-sized, but once installed, it seamlessly converts older devices into smart, voice-controlled devices. I could fit it easily behind an existing light switch without needing to rewire, and the whole installation took under 10 minutes. It also supports Matter, which means I can control it using either Alexa, Google Home, or Apple Home without any brand concern. Its built-in Bluetooth repeater also boosts signal strength on other smart devices within my house, which was a welcome bonus. But automation is where the fun begins, by using either Siri shortcuts, Alexa or even IFTTT, you can action specific devices and appliances to start/stop whenever you turn another device on/off. Overall, this is a brilliant, convenient smart home upgrade. If you'd prefer to make older appliances "smart" without needing to replace them or using an external hub, this is the answer.

Good price and works well. The cover is a little flimsy and the terminals just about fit a very short section of 2.5mm cable. Matter qr code doesn’t work with HomeKit or home assistant at least straight out the box. You have to use it in the switch bot app and assume you can then get it into your preferred platform but yet to figure that out.

Need better instructions for UK customs as our fuse and electric is different. But amazing product would recommend it.

Se tenían dudas respecto al correcto funcionamiento del producto por los comentarios de otros usuarios, sin embargo tras instalar los 4 interruptores trabajan en muy buenas condiciones, preocupaba eñ alcance de la señal wifi y sin mayor problema, dos se instalaron en la primer plants cerca del router y dos en la segunda planta y con conexión muy estable todo el tiempo de momento tras una semana de uso.

Llevaba tiempo buscando una solución de relé inteligente que fuera compatible con Matter y finalmente la he encontrado con el SwitchBot Matter Interruptor de Relé 2PM. ¡Y estoy encantado! La instalación fue sorprendentemente sencilla. Las instrucciones son claras y, aunque requiere un poco de conocimiento eléctrico básico, no tuve ningún problema en conectarlo a mis luces existentes. El tamaño compacto del módulo también facilita su colocación dentro de las cajas de mecanismos. Lo que realmente destaca de este relé es su versatilidad. Tener dos canales independientes es una maravilla. Lo he configurado para controlar tanto la luz principal de mi salón como una lámpara de pie, todo desde la misma unidad. La capacidad de controlar ambos dispositivos por separado a través de la aplicación SwitchBot, Matter y mis asistentes de voz (Siri en mi caso) es increíblemente conveniente. La integración con Matter fue fluida. Una vez añadido a la aplicación SwitchBot, pude vincularlo fácilmente a mi Apple Home sin ningún problema. La respuesta es instantánea y la fiabilidad ha sido excelente hasta ahora. ¡Finalmente tengo un control unificado de mis dispositivos inteligentes! La aplicación SwitchBot añade una capa extra de funcionalidad. Permite programar horarios, crear escenas y personalizar el comportamiento de los relés. También aprecio la función de "modo de pulsación" que resulta útil para controlar dispositivos que requieren un breve contacto, como abridores de puertas de garaje (aunque aún no lo he probado para eso). La calidad de construcción se siente sólida y el dispositivo no se calienta de forma preocupante durante su funcionamiento. En resumen: El SwitchBot Matter Interruptor de Relé 2PM es un dispositivo altamente recomendable para cualquiera que esté construyendo o ampliando su hogar inteligente con Matter. Ofrece versatilidad, fiabilidad y una fácil integración con múltiples plataformas. Si bien requiere una instalación cableada, los beneficios de tener control inteligente sobre tus luces y otros dispositivos hacen que valga la pena el esfuerzo. Pros: Excelente compatibilidad con Matter. Dos canales independientes para controlar múltiples dispositivos. Fácil integración con asistentes de voz (Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant). Aplicación SwitchBot intuitiva con funciones adicionales. Tamaño compacto para una fácil instalación. Construcción sólida. Contras: Requiere conocimientos básicos de cableado eléctrico para la instalación. ¿Lo recomendaría? ¡Absolutamente! Es una de las mejores adiciones que he hecho a mi hogar inteligente.
