Anxiety miracle. Don't recommend daily use as they seem to have the opposite effect after a while. I like to use as needed for up to a week at a time.

You have to chew too many chunks - NOT SMOOTH
The honey is chunky and hard to get out of the stick. So instead of being smooth it’s crunchy and hard and you have to chew through it. AND can’t be returned!
