I use a purifying water pitcher at home. This may be a bit much, but I like to also stick the charcoal inside the pitcher for added purification. I personally feel like it makes the water taste even purer.

This little chunk of charcoal solved a lot of problems for me, and I'm going to be a customer for life. It makes a huge difference in the taste of our tap water, and lasts longer and is easier to use than anything else I've tried. The seller even offered me a replacement when the first one broke, which wasn't entirely necessary as it would've still been effective. But that kind of customer service impresses me greatly in this day and age. I'm grateful, and intend to order more.

I love this product. The water has a noticeably better taste, and I love that you can tell when it’s time to replace because it stops bubbling. It lost a star because tiny pieces of the wood chip off into the water, which is not a huge deal for me. Other than that I love this, boil it 1x a month and it’s like a brand new filter all over!

I want to buy this for everyone in my family it makes our water tastes so fresh and clean. The size is perfect to keep in my purse or in the car so when I go to a restaurant and order tap water I can just put it in real quick. It's a nice economical alternative to plastic water filters. You boil it once a month and It lasts 4 months. What is not to love about this idea?

I absolutely love this thing. The water in my area has been described as tasting like "sludge," and I honestly agree. My mom has well water and I have city water. They both taste gross to me. But when I filter a glass of the water with the Kishu stick, it tastes amazing. I used to drink juice because I hated my area's water. Now I don't have to, which is great because juice adds up in calories and dollars. I drink the filtered water room temperature, I don't mind drinking it with a meal, and I'm honestly just in love. I've had this for 2 months and plan to reorder once I need to. I will note, since it takes an hour or so for optimum filtration/flavor, and I filter about 16oz at a time, I do move the stick into a second glass of water (after the first is filtered) in case I get extra thirsty later. Maybe that's a great tip or just irrelevent, I dunno. I know I sound like an ad, but I swear I'm not being paid or compensated to share this. I just actually like the Kishu and wanted to share that.

I love these things! They clean so much out of the water that I drink. I feel so much better mentally knowing all the things that have been pulled out of it. And after a month I just boil it and keep going. They really help so much. I feel better physically after drinking clean water. A really great product

I love that The Kishu makes any water that I have access to filtered and right in my water bottle. I am on the go a lot and don't always have access to filtered water. So I can use tap water to fill up my bottle and feel confident that I am drinking clean filtered water. Excellent invention!

Noticed a difference in the taste of tap water. I like that it is simple to use. You just put in the bottle and wait a least 4 hours. Every month you boil it and then I think you replace every 4-6 months. We started to buy these after we couldn't install our filter in the house. It is a great purchase for people who value quality of water. Expensive but worth the price

I wish this product took out fluoride as well but it's great for taking out what it says and it's easy to use!

Water is better in taste. Charcoal is proven to purify water. I would not pack it in plastic, though, for our Oceans' sake.
