The audio quality of the Hollyland Lark M2S is good, but the receiver design makes it very difficult to use in real camera setups. If you are using a camera cage (which is extremely common for video work), the receiver has serious mounting issues: • It collides with the camera strap mount or cage frame and cannot sit properly in the hot shoe • Rotating it doesn’t help — the 3.5 mm cable hits the cage and becomes awkward to use • Other positions also fail due to the receiver shape hitting cage edges • The only workable position blocks the rear screen, making monitoring frustrating I shared images with the seller clearly showing all these issues, but their response was simply that it’s an “accessory problem” and not a product issue. That response is disappointing. Camera cages are standard equipment, not a rare accessory. A product in this category should be designed keeping that in mind. Competitor brands at this price range provide better mounting flexibility or accessories to handle this, but Hollyland offers no solution. If you are using the camera without a cage, it may be fine. Otherwise, this is a major usability problem. I expected better design consideration at this price point.

Only one mic is working, other is not working.

Never purchase this microphone. It only misleads the customers because its noise cancellation does not work at all. Yes, voice recording is fine. But if you are looking for a microphone for noise cancellation then this microphone is a waste of money. All the claims made in its description are baseless. That is, it is only meant to mislead the customers. You can give better options than this. You do not fall for the reviews of these YouTubers. All these people mislead the customers. By taking money from the company.
