Boot is kinda big. But nothing a thick sock or insole couldn't fix. The boots are pretty sturdy for being vegan leather. They are cheap looking that's for sure. And they don't feel cheap either. But unless you are planning on wearing it only once in a blue moon, do not buy these. These boots are like the $3 dollar costume jewelry of the boot world. They peel, and quickly, I'll add. The fit isn't a problem. I have pretty large calves, and I have adjust the laces to fit around them okay.
