While I like my pillows firm, I know others don't, but this one allows the versatility of removing the memory foam to find just the right comfort for you. The pillow case included is incredibly soft and so nice to sleep on. It zips on and off for cleaning. I've been sleeping great since I got this and am so pleased to not have to constantly be stacking and refluffing my pile of two pillows I previously used to get the firmness I wanted.
