**Q: Do these mma shorts have a cup sleeve in them?**
A: No, they do not have a cup sleeve. I would just add that sometimes you get what you pay for. I bought 2 pairs, never wore them, and wouldn’t buy them again.

**Q: I'm between a size 30"-31" in waist, which is the best size?**
A: I'm a size 32 waist and the 32's have room for me.  The waistline is fastened with velcro so it's adjustable. The fly is also velcro and adjustable, to me these are great features. I like to move side to side front to back on me toes so I like things tight. Don't want my shorts falling down.

**Q: I am 12 years old and my weight is 116 also my height is 5.0 feet which size should I get**
A: I would suggest the Medium, they do shrink a little after the wash/dreyer.

**Q: Can it be used for swimming?**
A: They can but there is no lining.

These work but are definitely thin and may not be very durable. I’ve used them lightly for a year and they still work. If you roll hard and often you’ll probably want something else. I like to use them instead of underwear when wearing gi. I feel it’s loose enough to move around in under the gi pants.
