We have only had this lid for a few weeks. I have to admit that it doesn't seem very durable. The color is true to the picture, but I'm concerned about its quality. I will say that it was true to size and fit the bottle perfectly. We will have to see how long it lasts.

Great option to replace my original OWALA cap. Like other options, doesn't come with straw but I seem of have plenty extra of those laying around. Looks identical to the original. Would definitely recommend.

My original Owala lid broke after two years’ regular use and I wanted a replacement. I chose this one for the fun colours and relative store rating, as compared to the other options on Amazon. For the price (more than half what the water bottle itself was purchased for), I do not find the quality of this particular replacement lid worth it. It doesn’t click shut well and the sealing ring fell out after two washes.

With water bottles often in hand, like phones, folks are paying more attention to style, and these replacement caps offer a lot of color options in addition to maintaining water proof functionality. If style or leak issues are on the table looking these caps over is worth considering.
