It’s not perfect but it’s very good The little unit itself is tiny, completely self contained, it’s just got a little LED and a place to charge it. I did find it stays on if it’s connected to your phone but move it out of reach of Bluetooth and it will turn itself off. I used it for a short while when I first got it and I had no problems with battery life. I think it’s very accurate but unless you have two units it’s very hard to know! Connection is easy, just open the app on your phone and click the button and it’s done. From then it’s very easy to use, you select the different times you want it to monitor for you and it just does everything automatically, you don’t have to look at the screen or push anything it just Kepes every run everything you do. The report then tells you if they are valid runs or not. I would say that the app is not very good it does need work however it does enough to be able to get what you need, it’s just a bit cranky to use Overall I would say the functioning of the unit is a little bit better than I was expecting and I I would have no issue recommending it

I wish this existed when I was really into building cars. Bottom line, unless you live near a track, proving your mods to weight, suspension, tuning, tires, or power is very difficult to determine. This makes it effortless. It is incredible, crazy accurate and fun. The app which runs it turns your run into an edited video in seconds with all data overlaid to the video. Highly recommend it.

Love it! It works exactly as expected. You can set custom start and finish lines anywhere on the map and track your laps using the Dragy Lap app. It connects easily, comes with plenty of mounting options, and the magnets hold the device firmly. Great value for the price.

My son and I use these in our racecars to track data and analyze our laps. The information is incredibly useful for finding areas where we can improve our racing lines and overall performance. It’s become a valuable tool for us at the track and has helped make our time racing together even more productive. Highly recommend!

Works great, does exactly what it’s supposed to. Docked one star for the app, which serves ads before allowing you to use it. Sometimes the ad is for the product you’re trying to connect with. I really don’t like that, I paid for the functionality with the device and I hate that it’s blocked behind adware.

Awesome metrics monitoring for tunes etc. no connectivity issues. Battery life is great. Connects quickly and is ready to go.

Easy to set up. Easy to use great at what it does. Fantastic for any car enthusiast. For me, only concern we're making sure of speed limit when doing 0 to 60 mph. Make sure your on private roads 😇

Si buscas una opcion economica a Garmin Catalyst, vas por buen camino. Puedes obtener muchos datos valiosos para mejorar tus tiempos por vuelta. La app dragylap te indicara donde cree que puedes mejorar, eso mas si tienes algo de conocimientos para entender el setup de tu coche y algo de disciplina como piloto de verdad es una poderosa herramienta para los trackdays. Ahora sera aun mas valioso con la opcion extra de obd2 (aun lejos de lo que cuesta un catalyst) para tener no solo datos gps, acelerometro, tambien datos en vivo del motor y estado del coche. A todo esto agregale la posibilidad de unir video con la telemetria, insisto, si tienes un presupuesto ajustado y buscas mejorar y documentar tus vueltas con la mayor adquision de datos posible segun cada coche. En mi opinion, una excelente herramienta para el motorsport y los que buscan divertirse y aprender en la pista. Aclaratoria, requiere de tu movil o tablet para funcionar. Pero hoy en dia no creo sea un problema ya que cargamos los moviles con nosotros todo el tiempo....
