Excellent frying pan, cleanup is absolutely amazing. I use less oil and everything just comes right off. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Ticks all the boxes
So far cooks excellent, even, non-sticking for frying up sliced potatoes. Nice clean look to this pan. The bottom is same color as the top/sides. Weight is on the light side. No staining thus far. Looks good.

Ground turkey and beef is cooked easily, without sticking, and cleans up with dishwasher.
I bought a test Redchef frying pan about a year ago to see if they would stand up to my typical style which is silicone utensils, wooden spoons, and putting the pan in the dishwasher. The Rechef is still going strong so bought one of these as make a lot of ground turkey in 2.5 lb size. The pan is .5 inch larger than the pan I was using for 12 years (and which looks it) so I was ready for a change. So far, after two uses and both in dishwasher, it is a star. I like that you can buy what you need, how many you need, and skip any size of pan that you don't need and also don't get a lot of "pieces" that you already have or won't use. Will be coming back for more of these and the old ones go to the metal recyclers. Do follow seasoning (I used avocado oi) instructions.

Very good pan for fried eggs
Great pan for my fried eggs. Handle is not quite flush to the pan, though. Still a worthwhile purchase.

Non stick pan
I have used this ceramic pan for about a month. If has even heat and has been non stick, I do use oil when I cook in this pan. Clean up is easy an so far I am very pleased with this pan.

6 months- TRASH **Update- 3 MONTHS** 3 Weeks Daily Use and...
I researched, and thought I'd found a ceramic winner. I've used this beautiful BIG pan daily for 3 weeks. Only using silicone spatulas, handwashing with a soft cloth, hand drying, single stacking... It has a jagged line about 1/4" on the sidewall that looks like the finish flaked off. It looks like a deep scrape to the metal. If anyone else had used it, I'd blame them for mistreating it, but it's just me, and I haven't. Prior to this I bought GreenPan ceramic which didn't hold up to daily use either. Same treatment, it is now only partially non stick, with gray shadowing showing in the bottom where the ceramic is thinning. I'm not sure ceramic is all it's suppose to be. **UPDATE** It’s now been nearly 3 months of daily omelette making and many times I use it again to cook supper. I have always hand washed & dried it with a soft cloth. Only used silicone spatula. It is NO LONGER non stick. It started as a gray discoloration in the bottom, and now that area sticks and requires use of an oil barrier. After my first post, the company did offer a partial refund. I was busy with the holidays and I felt like I was being petty, complaining of an area that had flaked on the side wall. But now I wish I’d taken them up on the offer, or just returned it. Ugh! FINAL UPDATE I’ve had it 6 mos, and it’s trash. It’s always hand washed, silicone spatula, oil used as recommended. The same thin spot always sticks. This is after frying an egg in butter. Grr!!

Won't last months but still pretty good.
I originally meant to buy their other pan (Redchef Nonstick Frying Pans Set, Ceramic Pan Skillet, Non Toxic Pans for Cooking, 8" 9.5" 11" Ceramic Frying Pan Set PFAS & PTFE & PFOA Free with Stay Cool Handle, Dishwasher & Oven Safe, Beige White) but bought this one without realizing they were different, oopps. Now these pans are good enough. My 3 stars is solely because it startched chipping by the 2nd use. This is the first pan that I have ever followed the instructions to the T, because I wanted it to last the year but I see it might only last a few months if that. It looks like the coat is already thinning out and I don't care for the fact that it stains but overall it has made my pancakes beautifully minus the times I had to clean it in between the pancakes but I would gladly take that over it sticking. I would have given it 4 stars but the fact that it started chipping after 2 uses was not appealing to me but don't let my review stop you from trying it. I do not see this lasting long term, I have used it for less than a month according to the instructions but don't like that things tend to burn by the time you are done cooking, well in the case of making 2 pancakes at a time. I normally make anout 16-20 pancakes at least once a week on it. I boil water to get rid of anything that sticks but the stains stay behind because you cannot scrub. Maybe it is a user error but this won't last in my home. Try it for yourself. I am having trouble uploading the rest of my photos this is the most recent photo of my "clean" pot. I say "clean" because I scrubbed with a soft sponge until my arm felt the burn and this was the closest I got to removing the stains from the tortillas I warmed up.
