Does not fit UK gutters.
The media could not be loaded. This is made in the USA for American gutters, it does not fit UK gutters which have a curved base and this device has a flat base.

Disappointing
Very very expensive for what it is. Plastic moulding is quite poor making it difficult to assemble. Does not fit a curved gutter well as the base is flat.

This thing is awesome! 1000 times better than traditional downspout screens! Almost maintenance-free: Just spray it once a year with a garden hose to keep things flowing.

Einfach montiert und "installiert", erfüllt seinen Zweck
Ich hatte den "Wedge Downspout Screen" während eines Urlaubs in Kanada in einem Baumarkt (Canadian Tire) gesehen und war kurz davor gewesen, ein Exemplar mitzunehmen. Da es bereits "montiert" war und ich Bedenken hatte, dass es den Rückflug im Koffer eventuell nicht überleben würde (vom benötigten Platz abgesehen), hatte ich es damals doch nicht gekauft.Jetzt habe ich es hier auf amazon gefunden. Der Preis von rund 9,50 EUR einschließlich Versand (Händler: BIC Warehouse) erschien mir angemessen, also habe ich ein Exemplar bestellt. Das gute Stück wurde als ein zusammenhängendes Kunststoffgebilde in planem Zustand geliefert; die "Montage" ware auch ohne die mitgelieferte Anleitung (1 Faltblatt mit Bildern) absolut intuitiv -- man faltet die Seiten einfach auf und steckt sie an den vorgegebenen Stellen ineinander, bis sie "klicken". Das zum Dreieck aufgerichtete Teil setzt man dann einfach mit dem "Rüssel" nach unten in das Abflussloch der Regenrinne -- fertig. Ich habe mir direkt noch ein Paar beim selben Händler bestellt, um zwei weitere Regenrinnen zu bestücken. "Wedge Downspout Screen"

A little lightweight
Just installed the guard and found it was a little difficult for older hands. Too small for our downspout but I put a weight on it too hold it in place until we install gutter guards. I think it will help.
