The product is absolutely wonderful. The sound quality and the bass surrounded is very good. It fits perfectly on the ear and does come loose even while running. I am just loving this product. A must buy recommended.

A Complete Waste of Money – Extremely Disappointed! I purchased these boAt earbuds from Amazon, but they simply refuse to fit properly in my ears. I tried every ear tip size provided in the box, but none of them fit securely. The earbuds keep slipping out, making them practically useless. The worst part is that there is no return or replacement option. I have wasted my hard-earned money on a product that I cannot even use. What is the point of buying earbuds if they cannot stay in your ears? Extremely disappointing experience. Complete waste of money! I am now left with no choice but to throw them away. I would not recommend these earbuds to anyone.

The sound quality is great and the product looks very nice. However, sometimes there is an issue where both earbuds fail to connect with each other when taken out of the case.

I purchased these boAt Airdopes from Amazon, expecting a new and properly functioning product. Unfortunately, the product delivered to me was defective—one of the earbuds is not working at all. When I contacted Amazon for a replacement, I was informed that Amazon cannot replace the product and that I have to personally visit a boAt service centre to get the defective product checked/replaced. This is extremely disappointing because I purchased the product through Amazon, and I expected Amazon to take responsibility for delivering a defective product. Instead of providing a convenient replacement, I am being asked to visit a service centre and deal with the manufacturer myself. I was also made to understand that I should have checked the applicable policies before purchasing. As a customer, this experience has seriously affected my trust in buying anything from Amazon. My suggestion to new buyers: If possible, consider purchasing such products from a physical boAt store or another authorised physical retailer, where you can verify the product is working before leaving the store. Very disappointed with both the defective delivery and the replacement experience.

Sound is good but doesn’t stay in the ear and falls often
