I installed this yesterday for a hilly event I having coming up. It is a great price, much cheaper than my LBS and the 34 teeth will be SO helpful. It came well packaged and was straight forward to fit.

I have always used ultegra but the 105 does the job for the smart trainer.

A big cassette with a 34 tooth low gear so you may have to adjust the hang of the rear derailleur and perhaps add a couple of links to the chain. Superb Shimano quality.

You will be sent a box of bits taken off the plastic spindle. I have no idea where to put the spacers. So essentially useless.
