Nice headset
I seem to always have problems with bluetooth headsets. I've used several, and each time, the person on the other end has had trouble hearing me, or the device has been so uncomfortable or awkward, I've had to spend a minute or more every time I put it on my ear, trying to get it just right. The Jabra is very comfortable (although, like any device, it will start to make your ear hurt if you wear it for more than an hour or so). I wear it on my hour-long commute to/from work, with no discomfort. I can put it on with one hand, and it kind of just falls into place. The sound is very good. I can hear callers with no problem. I have had one caller who obviously had difficulty hearing me, but I think I might have been in a sketchy area to begin with, so I can't put that on the headset. I listen to music or podcasts while driving, and take calls as necessary. The only difficult part for me, and I think this speaks more toward my lack of skill than the Jabra's design, is that I can't take a call directly from the headset when it comes in. The phone rings (in my ear), and EVERY time, if I try to activate the headset, I end up disconnecting the call. So, instead, I answer on my phone, then hit the "bluetooth" button on the phone, which transfers the call to the headset. It takes about 2 seconds longer, but it is less embarassing that hanging up on the person calling.

Can't Live Without!
I've purchased several of these because after I tried my first one I realized I didn't want to be without it again! I hate having anything stuck in my ear & this unit sits on the outside of the ear & is super comfortable to wear, to the point I've often forgotten I had it on! I love how my hands are free to type or do other tasks as I'm talking on the phone. Now I hate using my phone by itself! The sound quality is better than just my phone itself! I hear people better & they hear me better even when driving. In fact, many don't know I'm driving or what I'm doing as it cancels out noises so well. Jabra would be crazy to let this drop from their product lineup! Voice dialing commands could be a little better but I don't rely on it so it's perfect for how I use it. Quality made too. Beyond satisfied with my Jabra Supreme.

but in fact the sound is great. AND I can leave it on when talking ...
I've previously had 'in your ear' blue tooth headsets, and because I'm mostly deaf in one ear, the headset has to be in the 'good' ear. This means that I had to pull the headset out in order to hear the person I'm with, and invariably it then fell off. I lost my last one that way. This ear piece sits in front of your ear, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to hear well, but in fact the sound is great. AND I can leave it on when talking to other folks I'm with in person. The part that wraps around your ear is flexible, and stays in the position you bend it to, therefore providing a custom fit. This is a great headset. Additionally, if you want to remove it for a meeting or whatever, the boom folds back onto the main part of the headset, turns itself off, and the compact shape goes in a pocket without coming apart. That was the other complaint I had with previous items. Great purchase.

Great bluetooth! I love it!
I have now been using the Jabra Supreme (still am) for several years. I wear it for an average of 12 to 14 hours a day. Because it hangs on your ear and not in it, the Bluetooth is VERY comfortable! I often forget it is even there. Standby time is up to 3 or 4 days if I use it lightly. However talk time says 5 hours on a full charge, but I average about 3 hours. That part sucks so I need to charge it often if I talk a lot. The good news is that it usually charges full from dead in about an hour. Noise canceling is wonderful! I am a truck driver and spend the entire time in a noisy truck. However the person I call can never hear the truck and when I tell them I am driving they don't believe me until I honk the horn. I am very impressed by that! Durability is top notch! I have dropped it a dozen times and have been working outside in rain/sleet/snow with it getting surface wet. However it keeps on working. I even dropped it in the mud once. wiped it clean and voilà! still good! I may need to buy another one soon as I am very rough on it but still shocked at all I have put it through! All in All, I love it! but battery life is the major con.

Mine didn't pair, ear pad not adjustable
I cannot get it to pair with my Galaxy S5. Jabra Support was excellent in responding within one day to tell me how to reset to factory standard. I tried resetting it then pairing it with my phone many times. No luck. Jabra support offered to use the warranty to replace the item. This headset is bulky even when closed. The adjustable ear thing is only a foam pad with two little prongs that help to hold it in your ear canal. Its position is not adjustable. Since I could not get the thing to pair it with my phone, I can't tell whether it helps to guide the sound to your ear. The ear 'buds' that have a tube that go into your ear canal, I believe, do a better job of guiding the sound to your ear. This is not an cheap item, mine cost about $80. What I was paying for was the voice commands and wind noise cancellation. Why not spend another $10-20 to get something that's much better, such as with NFS (pair by tapping it on your phone) and better ergo design, such as relatively flat when closed? I finally got the Jabra Motion which is much better. Oh, my Supreme did not come with an AC charger or a car charger, only a short USB cable. There was black tape over the parts list on the box that said AC adapter.

but I'm not 100% satisfied. This does not stay on your ear real ...
This is okay, I'm not sure that it is worth the money I spent on these. I purchased (4) of these for our family, hoping it would work. We are going to keep them, but I'm not 100% satisfied. This does not stay on your ear real well, especially if you have glasses. I think that is my biggest complaint, just how it is not real stable on the ear. You would think for as much as these were, the ear piece would be a little more stable. So far the sound quality has been good. I can hear anyone who calls, they can hear me well also. It connected well to my Iphone X. I like the charging cable that comes with it. This is small and not real large like others I have purchased. I like that I can use this not only for phone calls, but I can listen to my audiable books through this also, kind of like a wireless headphone, just larger and maybe not as comfortable. I just could not give a 5 star when I was not completely thrilled. I'm still going to be on the hunt for something that will stay on my ear a little bit better!!

Best BT headset I've had in quite a while.
I have used several of the Plantronics Voyager series (Pro and HD, I believe) and love them both. Unfortunately, the newest one (the Legend) has moved away from the industry standard micro-USB charging cable to a proprietary magnetic cable. Once my Voyager HD died, I decided to try something different. As I listen to downloaded podcasts for 6+ hrs at work while delivering in a loud vehicle for much of it, my needs included: huge battery life, fairly loud, mono-only (for safe driving), durability, and solid fit. Range is less of an issue as is voice-command/recognition. I also do not require it to be low-profile. With that in mind, I first tried the Motorola Whisper, their highest-end offering. This unit had pretty decent battery life and was almost loud enough, but failed to fit very well and once my cat bit through the flimsy earpiece, it would never stay put. It was promptly exchanged for a unit from Bose. Next up was the fantastic Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2. These fit very, very well. They are easily the loudest mono bluetooth headset I've ever used. As an owner of the wired Bose IE2 headphones, I knew the fit would work and that they would continue to fit well over time. Alas, the battery is abysmal. It's not a very small headset so I'm unsure as to why they couldn't have done better by putting a better battery in it, especially at that price. I have decided to keep this unit as a backup unit. One more note is that this is the only mono headset that is right-side or left-side specific; you can not switch it between the right side and left side. Not a deal-breaker but something to note. I finally broke down and picked up this unit and it has definitely hit the sweet spot. While it is not quite as loud as the Bose, it is closer than anything else I've tried. It's battery life is almost double what the Bose is. It stays put on the ear without feeling like it might fall out like the Motorola. It has solid range. Controls are easy to learn. It works on either ear. And it uses a standard micro-USB cable to charge. Jabra also developed some decent apps to use on your phone. And it handles calls well, even when in a loud/windy environment. In fact it sounds much better than using the phone without a headset at all. Pros: Battery life; volume; range; standardized micro-USB port; great call quality. Cons: Pretty large compared to most headsets; pretty expensive.

Extremely comfortable
There are some good detailed reviews given for this bluetooth headset so I am just writing a short one because I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this thing is to wear. It looks bulky in the picture and is much larger than the bluetooth that I replaced but it goes on very easily and for me it does not have a loose fit as others have stated. The piece that wraps around the top of your ear is shaped in a way that is goes on easily and you really don't feel it much when you are wearing it. And, although it really does not go into your ear, it feels great and quite secure with the included ear piece that has two little flexible arms on it. The sound quality is also very good and much louder than other ones I have owned. I was always reluctant to spend more than 50 or 60 in the past but I'm glad I spent the extra money this time and recommend this for heavy users.

To start with the product is way better than other regular headsets
To start with the product is way better than other regular headsets. i have been using headsets for the past 10 years since their advent. This one seems to be way better than others. Though you never use voice activation feature. As a regular user you can take it off your ear just turn over the boom mic and shut it off. whenever the call comes reopen the boom mic to ensure that the headphone is on and recieve the call. So overall it reduces the battery consumption and easy to shutoff and start manually. At the same time the voice clarity is really clear. If you occasionally like to put on the music, the sound quality is really good in comparison to other headsets. In fact it is best among the headsets which i have used.
