I drink a lot of tea, it’s a constant struggle to keep my teeth from looking brown. This comes with 2 thermoplastic teeth trays to be individually fitted after immersion in very hot water. Get it right the first time, as they don’t reform easily and tend to shrink with additional heat. Mine look ugly but get the job done. This solution was the strongest practical one outside of a dental office. Compared to others I’ve tried, this bleaches teeth faster and more thoroughly. It should not get on the gums, as it will cause pain and potential tissue damage. The blue light emitter has a plastic sticker on the battery that must be removed to function. With that said, it’s impractical to use the light emitter with the two teeth trays. The usefulness of blue light for teeth bleaching is debatable in any event. Cost and solution strength were my main considerations. This option won me over and I’m content.

Absolutely works!! I had a party that I had a few days to get my teeth sparkling for. I did a few sessions of these each day (I admit more than as directed but I was in need) and my teeth were fine. I also did not get ANY sensitivity which surprised me (in a good way). However, I also do this in a different method that I recommend and it works for me better. Instead of the molds (I hate forming them and the way they feel) so I wipe my teeth dry, put in a cheek retractor, I used VITAMIN E oil caps and pop one and put it on a Q-tip and rub that on my gums and lips and make sure to wipe any excess that gets on your teeth. You want them dry. Then I do a streak of the gel on my teeth as needed using another q-tip to spread as needed. I hold the light in front so yes this is a pain and you do need to lay down as you will develop spit (gross but being honest on how I do it and give you the downside). Some programs do this anyways (cheek retractor vs teeth molds). EITHER WAY, this product works so well and the price was perfect when I bought it

used this before a big event because i wanted my teeth looking their best and it genuinely made a noticeable difference in a short amount of time. you really have to be careful about the gel not touching your gums though because it will irritate them and i learned that the hard way on my first try. once i figured out the technique though the results were pretty impressive especially compared to what a dentist charges for the same thing. just read the instructions carefully, take your time, and you should be good.

The results are fast but not too much and also if you have crooked teeth you wont get the side or lower teeth done as good but mainly ur side teeth dont whiten. the blue light stops working after 4-5 treatments but it can still whiten after that. If you really needed to whiten your teeth but want to burn you gums off this is for you cus you burn your gums but they heal back in few weeks so not a big deal. Don’t swallow this will only burn you inside more cus this is bleach not food so just hold the spit and spit it out if too much. the blue light does not work even if you replace the battery. anyways thats js my side of the story but you all might have something better or worse.

I am only 3 treatments in (30 mins each) & hav already seen AMAZING results! I smokes cigarettes for years & hated how yellow my teeth became. After quitting 5 months ago, I decided to find a whitening system & came across this product. I received it a couple days later with prime & after one treatment saw a decent difference but after the second, I could definitely see a difference. I completed my third treatment & people around me commented on my smile & the difference they noticed. I have horribly sensitive teeth & was so nervous to use the bleach but i’ve had NO sensitivity during treatment or after. My only advice would be to be sure you get as little on your gums and lips as possible as it does burn a bit & cause some slight “soreness”. I remedied this by using a small brush to paint the gel on & skipping the trays, just using the light that comes with the set. I will get so many uses out of this $18 & i already am in LOVE with my results after a mere week. I’ve recommended to friends & family & will definitely be ordering again for myself & one for my husband! I never write amazon reviews but I am so pleased with my purchase, I had to give credit where it is clearly due! Buy it & you won’t regret it!!

This is a fab kit! Buy the remineralizing blue gel to accompany it. Be warned: with higher strength stuff you have to really, really watch your time and have no plans to eat for the rest of the day/night. I have sensitive teeth and always have. This stuff is SUPER EFFECTIVE, but can also be SUPER PAINFUL. Be careful, be smart. Best application method I have found? 1. Brush teeth well 2. Rinse mouth well with lukewarm water 3. Pull lip away from teeth, make a funny face in the mirror, then apply gel with a Qtip. This saves the product and your gums. 4. Pop formed trays over gel and release lip. Repeat. 5. Leave on for 5-15 minutes (depending on your pain tolerance) with the light on the whole time. 6. Brush off very well 7. Liberally apply remineralizing blue gel into trays and let sit on your teeth for as long as you can/want to. 8. Rinse mouth very well and don't eat or drink anything besides water for at least an hour.

I purchased this product for my teenager whom has fluoride stains on her teeth. I decided to test it out and just buy more trays for her just to have the knowledge of how to do it. It was hard to form the trays to my mouth. The first I left in the boiling water to long and it shriveled up, the second, no matter how hard I sucked in, it didn't form around my teeth like I think it was suppose to. (clue 1, this is not going to work for my daughter). Then I placed a small dot on each spot like the instructions said, and put it in my mouth. The gums on my bottom teeth come about half way up my teeth so there was no way around getting some of the whiting paste on my gums, instantly my gums swelled up from chemical burns and I was in so much pain I was under the sink and my husband was grabbing napkins and splashing water in my mouth. (clue 2, this is not for a teen). The next day I reapplied with a makeup brush directly to my teeth then put in the trays and used the light, although the instructions state the light will turn off every ten minutes so you know to push it twice for a complete treatment, the light does not turn off unless you manually turn it off. For the next two days even breathing in caused my actual teeth to hurt, and I'm no sissy, I've had braces and oral surgery without meds before, but my teeth ached with this product. (clue 3, this is not for a teen or anyone under the age of 30) Overall, I threw away the rest of the product and will just swish around with peroxide after I brush like I've done my whole life and I will not be instructing anyone to use it. I'm sure it will work for most people but it will not work for me. I'm not upset, some things work, some things don't, I learned my lesson. But I'm just saying, don't buy for a kid unless you try it first.

Finally a product that works! It is very strong, but this product worked immediately. The difference is night and day! In fact, I have a problem tooth, and I applied it directly and it fixed it on the second application.
