I bought these after trying several in a local shop and needed some kind of vegan protein I could take on flights, throw in gym bag to have after a workout, etc. The coconut one was a hit for me; it gives it a really nice flavor and I can feel the coconut flakes. It's sweet but not sickly sweet like other protein bars I've tasted that shall not be named, chock full of artificial flavors. I was wary of reviews that said they found their bars dry and crumbly. This wasn't my experience at all, and I suspect it depends on the source. Mine came packaged with some cooling pad around it that kept it fresh during transport.

These are so delicious. I like that the protein content is relatively high for a bar like this. It's a little higher on sugar than I'd like, but I have a sweet tooth so I'm not complaining! You can definitely taste the coconut, so if you don't like coconut, you may not like these. But, I do, so it's a winner for me. These are so delicious and I've been enjoying having them for breakfast when I'm in a rush or just want something light.
