It works perfectly to help me fall asleep faster.
This is a wonderful product. It really helps me on those nights I cant seem to fall asleep. It takes just 3 sprays in my mouth and within minutes I'm asleep! It works perfectly.

Just as good as the more expensive melatonin sprays. Three sprays of this under the tongue gets me to sleep within 15 minutes. Im so happy products like this exist, as a chronic insomniac, this really helps me get some much-needed rest

Great for making your fall asleep
If your issue is falling asleep, this will help. I chose a melatonin spray because I have issues falling asleep, not staying asleep. So I needed something to hit my system at once, not be slow release. This is very effective for that. The taste is good and with two sprays a night, it lasts for a long time and is worth the price. I haven’t experienced any side effects.

Works pretty good!
This works pretty good! I'm still not sure about the amount.. I still wake up during the night. But I'm going to use this because the PM drugs are linked to dementia..I can take this type but not the gummies or pills? I have no idea why this type doesn't give me headache? Possibly it's a lower dose plus you don't have to digest it?? Who knows! If I slept all though the night I would give it five stars.. but you can have another squirt to get you back asleep...

Hard to get.
Thank you for having this item on Amazon. It was not available at Whole Foods. I have used this for ten years and recommended it to my friends who also like it. It works so much better than a pill. I hold it in my mouth for at least a minute before swallowing to facilitate dose. You spray it right under your tongue close up.

Bad flavor
The taste is truly just foul… not sure why I thought an orange flavor would be a good idea for something you use after brushing your teeth so I guess that’s on me. Works good enough though!
