It's good but can't be said to be the best because it cancels the background noise but still catches to some extent. It compromises with your original voice quality but very little, so that's a trivial thing. But I would suggest if you have a budget and want better voice quality for making YouTube videos of next level to the beginner one, then try to spend a little more and go for any other otherwise you can start with it and continue till you can afford.
