Brittle Ear loops
Ear loops are extremely brittle. All four promptly broke from benign activity like putting in a pocket or just holding the headset to plug in a charger. Any minor handling of the device is enough to break the ear loops. Find a different replacement.

The ear hook are easy to break..not durable.. I have to order another set before the month was out..
