Great quality cameras for the money. Good color and picture quality. Night vision works very good. Very easy to install and adjust the angles. Just plug it in and watch it work. Worth every penny. Always happy with Annke products!

Originally intended to add another camera to my four existing for our business. I was pleased with our 2yr old system but these new cameras are an impressive upgrade. First photo is the original Annke camera alone at night. Second photo from the same camera now has 2 of the newer Annke cameras installed on the opposite side of the room (maybe 45ft away). No change in foreground but the new cameras light up the back of that photo. The final photo is from one of the new cameras. It’s almost night and day difference. Granted the second new camera helps with its IR light, but the clarity is remarkable. The new cameras also show a significant improvement in day/color mode. Highly recommend. Will be switching out anll old cameras with the new.

We recently had someone steal some things off a truck that we are repairing and didn't have cameras.these do really well, a little too sensitive but that okay. The video is very clean and clear,, even in night mode. The only thing I really recommend is that if you plan on watching the video on your smart phone, do the setup on the phone to the box, not the box to the phone. My phone wouldn't accept the app, so you do need a newer phone (mines a 2021) my husbands phone (2023) gets the notifications and video captures. It wasn't to hard to install, but we aren't worried about hiding wires inside as we aren't living at this property anymore. The product is an older one and the have newer versions but it does what we need it to. And now that I really look at this this is a review for the 4 extra cameras, so we did buy more to get the total of 8

This little cameras have a very high resolution and the colors of the video are very vibrant. I would recommend using them as an additional to a camera system. 4 more cameras at a reasonable price.

Very Good Item

We purchased an Annke DVR to replace an older system. When most features listed in the Amazon product page were grayed out in the Annke UI we bought Annke these cameras specifically designated for he DVR, so it is not a camera compatibility issue. Customer support emailed stating they use a standard product description, the UI is used for many systems, and not all options are supported by all units. Attached images shows that Line Cross, Intrusion Detection, Region Entrance, Region Exiting are not supported. Motion Detection works for entire screen only, setting up zones is not supported. Images show I have proper configuration. Customer service phone number is to a call center that is not technical support and closes at 8:30PM EST. Technical support does not come in until 8:30PM EST, after the phone lines close. Techs only communicate via their online ticketing system and they closed several tickets without any response. Their online Chat option is supposedly available from 8:30PM to 11AM EST, but I tried every hour last night and every time after about 40 minutes it would close out and say they're not available.

I purchased these to replace a set of Standard Definition cameras on my surveillance system which I upgraded to High Definition. I like the image quality and they have better night vision than the originals. Even though the all plastic construction was a bit of a disappointment, they all mounted and set up without any issues. I liked them so much I bought a second set of four.

From Amazon side I have tracked the item and without problems pickup from Australian Post. It was first time as before items were delivered to my doors. All bits were nice packed and in very good conditions. Good product for affordable price. I was nice surprised how efficient is website and how easy is to find all tracking information. I do not need to waste time on phone calls. In this case I have chance twice to communicate with seller regards the color of Items and used first time tracking system. Different as all before very easy cases. Thank you to seller for good product nicely packed and as usual great Amazon service.
