These Plackers are easy & convenient to use. Strength-wise, the thread holds up fairly well. But, it will break after awhile. The folded-in toothpick comes in handy. Because it is folded in, there is no sharp point protruding.

This is an excellent product and I always use these flossers. As a dental hygienist I am always trying different products so that I can understand my patient's experiences. I recommend these for a strong, thin floss. I used their twin line version and didn't love it quite as much, but that was a personal preference. This one is my favorite by far.
