I don’t know what kind of sorcery this is but even after ventilation I could feel the smell it had produced and ended up with a headache. After reading some reviews I could not trust it wasn’t harmful so had to let it go. For example I needed it to remove a smell that I still cannot identify in my rental apartment it’s like it’s coming from the walls or the ventilation, and the 3 times I used it, the odour was still there but as I said I couldn’t live with the headaches.

It looked reliable and powerful enough. They replaced it for me without any problems. It works now. That's why it gets 3 stars.

This machine works really well for refreshing spaces and removing lingering odors. Easy setup and feels sturdy and well made.

This is amazing. Does my entire 1st flopr in 60 mins. Kitchen, den,living room. Smells amazing when you walk back in thr room after airing it out. If you like thst clean bleach smell then go for it. I let it run. Then go back into the home when its done rather quickie while covering my mouth and open up the windows and exit for about 30 mins. I did however breath it in once while entering bwck and immediately got a headache and felt dizzy. So word to the wise get in and out wirh you face covered in order to ventilate.

Worked great for removing pet smell from whole home overnight. Was noticable when running. Seems to have high build quality. Does produce the typical ozone sterile smell. Notable that you cannot use this while in the same room, as ozone is dangerous to health, but it does dissipate over time. The timer feature is useful to be able to set it and leave and come back to the unit powered off to avoid exposure.
