Low fat and has a good flavor. A nice balance of pepper and sweet. The texture is meaty and easy to chew. Will buy again.

When I was young, my dad would take us camping up north and I would always get the beef jerky from the gas station. But the beef jerky wasn’t like anything in the bags that they have now. It was sold individually and you got it out with little tongs out of a container. Unfortunately, none of a gas stations sell it anymore. These are the same thing only round. I can’t find them anymore anywhere. Luckily I found them here on Amazon.

Love this jerky but the product is inconsistent. I've purchased this jerky several times and some bags have very dry jerky while others have more moisture and better texture. I definitely prefer the bags with moisture, you can fold the pieces before cramming it in your mouth vs the dry pieces that break. More recently, the bags have had the dry jerky; I hope that changes with future orders or I'll need to find another brand.

This is my favorite snack, and has been around for as long as I remember. I always keep a bag in the tourpack of my Harley. Makes for a good quick snack to keep the body fueled with protein on long rides when there ain’t time to stop and find a restaurant to sit down and eat.
