Water pressure is good, although the thread tape provided is utter garbage and even with nicer tape there is a small amount of leakage at the base of the head when water is running. BUY YOUR OWN THREAD TAPE! However, this does filter really well. We live in an area with extremely hard water, and within a week of installing this showerhead my hair [Jessica] went from waxy and weighed down to feeling truly clean for the first time in months. I'd rate this as excellent value for money and definitely recommend if you need high quality filtration on a budget.
