Looks new but risky
My phone kept freezing once or twice a day Returned it after a week! They should do a better job of checking if the phone really works before sending it

Kyocera E4831 phone
Received it quickly, but the battery was weak from day one and the phone only worked for two or three weeks . The phone just started flashing. Would not work at all. Emailed where I purchased the phone, said what it was doing was told they would send a new battery to me. Hope it gets here soon!! Have been three days without a phone.

Unit not working. Should have been checked prior to sending out.
Looked new. Probably because it didn’t get past the name of the company rebooting over and over and over again. Returned as this wasn’t checked if it was a working unit prior to sending out. Two stars for the company being responsive.

Stuck in booting up loop, no reset of any kind is working
Worked for a few days, then completely bricked. It stays stuck on the booting up loop. No hard reset or anything is changing it. I’ll be returning it.

If you don't text, it's a great phone
Unfortunately Kyocera found a way to make a very good flip phone HORRIBLE !! If you text... Their older models had the option of XT9 word which was very good. These newer models (4830, 4831, 4811...) have what they call PREDICTIVE TEXTING ... The only prediction is that it will drive you crazy. It is horrible. After a few days of trying to convince myself that it would just take some getting used to (and hours of practice) I returned the phone. My only question is WHY would they do such a foolish thing?
