Great product. Large enough to cover hip, back, or leg, one side is nice and soft, stays nicely pliable, and stays cold a long time. Well worth the price.

I love these gel packs I have severe spinal damage and somedays are a nightmare. I don’t like cold in general! These gel packs when frozen give so much relief. My physical therapist recommended them to me . One of the best and most economical purchases ever!!
