Most adults will do well with 3 drops per day...kids less. If you don't know about K2, school yourself, it is a very important vitamin, especially if you want your family, your child, to have strong teeth and bones. If you are taking calcium supplements, you NEED K2 or your may be damaging your cardiovascular system and contributing to arthritic formations. K2, especially in the MK7 form is the calcium policeman in the body. My daughter gets 2 to 3 drops daily. The other brand I was using only had 15 mcg per drop, just not enough.
