Strumento super utile per non professionisti. i diversi gradi di intensità e le varie testine permettono di massaggiare i vari gruppi muscolari a seconda della necessità. molto comoda la scatola, ma ancor di più il "sacchetto" in tessuto, che semplifica il trasporto della stessa durante i viaggi. a differenza del modello precedente mi sembra sia un po' più pesante, ma penso sia dovuto alla batteria, che in effetti dura davvero a lungo. La consiglio per chi pratica sport di endurance come me e non ha sempre voglia di usare il foam roller. ovviamente non sostituisce il fisioterapista !!!
