Lyromix Upgraded 10/12/14/15/16FT Trampoline with Light, Stakes, Sprinkler, Basketball Hoop and Net, Capacity for 4-6 Kids and Adults

This trampoline is huge and it has so much extra stuff like the lights and sprinkler for hot summer days. My kids love it and I’m not worried about them falling out or hurting their foot or legs between the springs. So worth the price and set up was easy with 2 people

We love the product, but even more their customer service. Our trampoline blew over in a bad storm and bent one of the bars in half, and we lost a spring. I messaged the company directly and they send those two parts for us, staying in contact to make sure we received the parts. I’ve never dealt with such a nice company. Amazing

I bought this trampoline in September of 2023. In March 2024 one of our bars bent making the trampoline unusable. I got on line to contact Lyromix and was super disappointed to find out there was no contact number just email. I just thought I was going to get the run around but I have to say I was completely wrong. They responded to the email promptly. I was sent a new bar to replace the broken bar as well. Then when I took the trampoline down so I could reassemble it with the new bar I noticed another piece had broken. Once again I was emailed back promptly and sent the additional piece that was damaged. I got my replacement parts in a week from emailing the company. I'm very satisfied with the product and customer service that was given. This is my trampoline reassembled with the new parts back together for the kids to play on!!

This trampoline is literally the biggest piece of Chinese garbage I have ever bought. I will list the reasons why. 1. It is unsafe and not sturdy at all because the hardware that is supposed to be for the legs does not fit properly and sits loosely in the holes so the legs can shift and move freely potentially causing a collapse of the whole trampoline. I actually had to buy my own bolts to fix this issue and make modifications to it to make it safer. 2. The instructions for assembly are horrible and will leave you figuring out how to build the trampoline on your own for most of it because the pictures and step by step instructions are awful. The pictures showing specific hardware parts are so small that you cannot identify what part you are supposed to be using and more importantly how it is supposed to fit. 3. The straps that secure the top of the net to the poles are cheap and poor craftsmanship. The first day it was even the slightest bit breezy they came undone. I had to put duct tape around then just to keep the net secured to the poles. Overall you get what you pay for. This was a cheaper option for a 16ft trampoline and it is poorly made, unsafe and not sturdy at all.

Great trampoline for family use. It feels sturdy and safe, and the size is perfect for kids and adults. Assembly was manageable and the extra features make it more fun. Overall, very happy with the quality and value.

Very simple to put together (I am a firm believer that many people just don’t read instructions or have prior knowledge experience with using a screwdriver). All three packages showed up 3 days before they were estimated to arrive. I read many reviews about missing pieces or broken parts but I did not have any issues. The build quality feels great and seems pretty durable. The kids are super excited. The 16ft trampoline is perfect for my family of 7.

Got this for a Christmas gift and she loves it. With the lights it looks like a little rave at night. She is so excited for the summer for the sprinkler hook up, i cant speak on that part just yet but the rest is good.

Kind of disappointed in this product. We’ve had it a couple years now. The upright poles have snapped. Forcing us to take the netting down. The supporting poles on the underside the bolts/screws have popped out and in some cases sheering the cross bars. It’s rusted in places. Kids still bounce on it but it’s pretty rough looking
