Q: Do the dimensions include the feet and the door hinge?

Yes. The fridge is actually just a tad smaller than the given dimensions.

Q: I just received this fridge...when i press the control panel buttons on front of door nothing happens, or am i missing something?

You have 2 hold the button with the light bulb on it. The light should come on then u can set the temp from there. They did provide a manuel with the cooler.

Q: Will it be able to cool down to 40F, when external temp is 105F?

No the coolest it can 51f and the bad side of that it always build up ice inside I keep defrosting it I'm disappointed that I didn't return it will I can

Q: What are the "back to front" dimensions with the door closed? Does it require space in the back as I want to install against a wall?

Back to front is 21⅛" The manual says it requires 2" on the top, back and sides for proper air circulation. So 23⅛" minimum in your space.
