I just received my Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate Yesterday. I had been researching vibration plates for the past couple of months and this product had so many positive reviews that I ultimately decided to purchase it. I have been chronically ill for the past 13 plus years and ability to exercise regularly or "normally" has been severely limited due to widespread joint and muscle pain together with weakness and fatigue. I used the vibration plate on level 1 prior to bed last night to massage my lower legs/calves for a couple of minutes as they ache terribly by the end of the day. I then sat down on the vibration plate while on level one and just did deep breathing and relaxation. I was able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep after which never happens. Usually, I toss and turn due to pain or wake from pain during the night. I will continue to use daily as my body allows.

The vibration plate has been an amazing addition to my workout routine! I have significantly less muscle soreness after my workouts, I feel lighter and my muscles are looser (in a good way). I truly feel as though this vibration plate has helped with lymphatic drainage and I feel leaner. I also do not have as much pain in my joints since using this product. I mainly use it after my weight-lifting workouts, but it is such a versatile machine, I could use it on rest days to continue to build muscle. It's truly a great product!

Got the LifePro Waver specifically for arthritis in my knees and to help reduce inflammation. I’ve only been using it about a week, so I can’t speak to long-term changes yet. Setup was quick and the controls are simple. I use the lowest speed setting for 10-15 min per day, standing. It’s low-impact and doesn’t aggravate my knees like other exercise does. I feel less stiff afterward, which is a win. Build quality seems solid. Happy with it so far — will update after a month. 4 stars for now since it’s still new to me. #lifepro

Very heavy and quite professional for a home use model. My hips were hurting at night, thought this may help me as other purchasers reported.

I bought the Waver Vibration Plate to add some variety to my exercise. I typically walk and lift light weights but this item is fun to use and I can tell it is helping with my balance and legs and core. It is easy to set up and use. Well worth the money.
