My dog was just recently diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. He is on a lot of medications and supplements while he is going through chemotherapy. Pill pockets are way to expensive and sometimes they are not big enough or too much for the medication or supplement we are trying to give him. This is the most cost effective and best product we have found that he will accept to eat. (He has a sensitive stomach) I have bought all 3 flavors so that we can rotate the taste for him while he takes his medicines. He absolutely loves all 3 flavors. For his chewable supplements that he does not like to chew, we actually just press a very small amount of this wrap-a-pill dough onto his chewable tablets and then he will eat his chewable tablet too! The wrap-a-pill will stick to his chewable tablet without having to cover the entire large tablet. The produce is easy to use, it is moist and dough or paste like consistency. Smells just like the flavor it is suppose to be. I would recommend Wrap-A-Pill.

I love this stuff, you can create your own size pill pocket and my dog just gobbles it up. I have tried others and I find that unless I have to give my dog a smaller pill, then I am forced to use two pill pockets jammed together, but with this stuff I just use what I need and it's soft like play doe so it's easy to use. My dog loves the taste. Even when he has eaten the wrap off, the flavor is still on the pill, so he will eat the remaining pill without my having to put another around it. Great stuff. The only down side is that you have to dig it out of the container and I use my hands so it gets under my fingernails. Being a vegan, I prefer not to have that smell on my hands. But, otherwise it's great stuff. And while I do not like the smell on my hands, I do like that the smell is strong enough to keep my dog interested enough to eat the whole pill or capsule. So, it's a win win.

I have a 14YO Pomeranian who takes 5 small pills twice a day. She was refusing her “meatballs”, cream cheese, and PNB. Pill pockets don’t work, she spits out the pill and eats the treat. I was desperate so I went on Amazon and found this product. It’s more expensive than PNB but I was desperate. She loves it! I don’t have to use much, just enough to cover it. I’m on my second jar, bought the double for a better value. I use it in the morning, she’ll take two or three with cream cheese and the rest with this. She takes PNB in the evening. PNB is sticky, this is tacky, more pliable. It hasn’t bothered her stomach or given her diarrhea. Definitely recommend for giving meds.
