Once you install this u get full power in low gear Your shift indicates on the dash will stay at (H) high gear when ur really in low. It works I have it on 3 of the mavericks we have **Q: Is this hard on your transmission just installed a new one** A: I haven't had any problems with mine. One just got wet with water and it malfunctioned. U just disconnect and keep on trucking. I mud ride so I need more power to get thru I have a 2014 mav mxr. No issues with this part. **Q: I put this on my 14 commander but it runs hot now. Is this normal or just where it's tricking the computer?** A: Sport low is NOT the reason you are running hot!!! Depending on what part of the country your in, it's more than likely your THERMOSTAT! Delete it!! The commander runs entirely too hot in the first place, I deleted the t-stat, relocated the radiator/fan, and installed a fan switch, my commander never runs over 3 bars now even without a catalytic converter and a maverick Ecu flash. **Q: Will this work on my 2016 Commander 1000 Xtp?** A: I'm not sure. If it does work, it's worth all the hassle! Believe me!!
