I normally wear medium (34"), but I got large to avoid the binding that elastic waistbands sometimes produce, and it fits very nicely. Like most desertcart Basics, a good value.

Super soft and comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have a 31 waist. There are perfect fit in the waist and the legs, but they are a tad short after washing them. Not a big deal they are just pajama bottoms.
