What I do then is put them in the freezer. It does look a bit wonky this way, but they taste the same, especially when you are craving them. 1 thing you can count on is that good chocolate melts. I ordered DARK Chocolate - NOT MILK Chocolate. And this was the second time in a row I ordered DARK and received Milk Chocolate. The Milk chocolate biscuits are very good and will still be eaten and enjoyed - but we prefer the DARK. The delivery time was quick and the products were received in great shape and the cookies were fresh (I have ordered from other suppliers where cookies had clearly sat on a shelf for too long).
