I really wanted to like this tool. It looks very nice and well made except the reading for voltage is off! I like the reading for polarity, (I’d rather the green light be on for correct polarity) and the cord with probe cap is works well. The biggest problem is the voltage reading is not accurate. On a 12 volt car battery I get a reading of over 16 volts. So basically this for me is only a test light for continuity that will also let me know if polarity is correct. Review Edit. Seller offered me a refund right away. But since I don’t check my emails very often I didn’t see offer for around 2 months. I contacted seller to see if offer was still good. The seller refunded my money so I purchased another circuit testers. This second tester works excellent, I checked a battery that I had just charged it showed 13.1 volts. I checked the battery in my car it showed 12.3 volts. This tester appears to be accurate as the voltage numbers are within what I expected. I tested batteries with a meter and the voltages are within 0.2 between meter and test light. I would buy again from this seller as I’m very pleased with their after sale service.

Works great easy to use and worth the little extra.

Far better than a simple light, and easier to use than a multimeter. It found a corroded fuse that was acting like a resistor. (voltage drop across fuse). easy to read, easy to use.

Excellent product that shows a clear display/readout of voltage along with red light for positive and green light for negative readings. I highly recommend this product.
