Great bean pasta
Great bean pasta, cooks very quickly in just 4 to 5 minutes. I love how much protein and fiber it has too. Overall, a wonderful nutritional alternative to traditional pasta.

Great for anything
I really enjoyed this although I used it as the bean substitute in a chili I was making. I know "beans don't belong in chili" but hey the macros of the chili with using 96/4 were FANTASTIC I am talking 638 cal 14g fiber and 88g protein a serving. Perfect meal prep froze easily could not tell any sort of unusual flavor of the spaghetti. Only thing is the price it is on the expensive side but for the noodle to just take on the flavor of what it is being cooked in that is a W for me.

Tastier than it looks.
To be honest, I think this dish looks...entirely unappealing lol. I don't particularly like black beans either and couldn't imagine myself liking this. I was stubborn thinking that nothing could replace regular pasta for me. The only reason I tried it is because my nutritionist recommended it for my weight loss plan. Imagine my shock when I tasted it---it's actually good!?! Just add well-seasoned sauce and a little cheese, and it literally tastes like any other pasta... It's just chewier, that's all. I can't believe I'm buying another one... Also, it holds up pretty well for 2-3 days. When I reheat it, it doesn't get mushy or anything. Just as good as the first day I cooked it. I recommend it if you are on the fence because of how it looks. You never know until you try!

Tastes like a rubberband
Not to be nasty but totally truthful. So chewy! Tastes like a rubberband...could not stomach more than one bite. I am probably one of the most avid pasta lovers on earth and I would rather go without as to put one more bite in my mouth.

Great Pasta Alternative!
Texture - I’ll start of with the texture which is the most important to me. This pasta has an al dente texture that is a little chewier than your normal pasta, which I really enjoy. Most pasta alternatives I’ve tried are mushy and very difficult to work with. This pasta holds it’s texture very well and I added it to my weekly meal prep. It can definitely be stored and reheated. Nutrition - Haven’t found any pasta with as much protein as this one, 25-44g of protein depending on your serving size. It’s also only 9g of net carbs which I haven’t found in any other pasta as well (I don’t consider miracle noodles or spiraled noodle as pasta). Cooking - These took a little longer to cook than what the box said. I cooked them for about 7 minutes and then rinsed it with cold water. I think the cook time really depends on how you like your pasta. What I really like is that I can cook as much as I want at once and then save it for the whole week. Conclusion - Definitely worth trying and I’ll be reordering soon!
