Is this one 4pin PWM one fan, the same as the value 5 pack?

I do believe these are the same so long as you're not asking about the CO version. I purchased the 5 fan value pack, these are listed as 4 pin, but are really 3 pin in a 4 pin configuration. That's power, ground and a PWM signal for fan control. They also have the 4 pin socket for daisy-chaining, but of course the vacant pin location will produce an unused socket. It's a straight-through connection since all the fans work on the same electrical design. Mine plugged right into the motherboard fan headers and are currently being speed-controlled by the system as I write this and they have remained matched with the other fans in terms of speed. Even under load my motherboard hasn't ever amped these to max, and my CPU has remained below 70C even under the heaviest loads. I have an ASUS motherboard if that helps. Oh, and very quiet.

Are screws includes with the fans to mount them on the case?

Metal self-tapping screws are included, don't unscrew it too many times, the frame of fan might not be able to handle it.

Can the p14 pwm be powered by an external 12v dc power source for a non pc diy project ?

The title says "arctic p14 pwm pst" but then in the style it says "p12 pwm pst white" then in the description it says "p14 pwm pst" so p12 or p14

The P14 is the 140mm version. The P12 is the 120mm.

Check the dimensions before purchase.

Unfortunately, it is not compatible with Corsair RS 5000D cabinate. It is slight thicker than Corsair RS 140 rbg pwm fans. So do accept the screws provided by Corsair along with cabinate. Somehow I could managed to install with provided screws with Arctic P14 Pwm Pst fan.

Quiet but hums at certain RPMs

Best option at anywhere near its price point in India right now. I have resonant hums at 1050-1150 RPM and at 1300 RPM, the one at 1300 RPM is quite loud and it reduces as the rpm goes above 1350 RPM. These are my current findings, will update as it changes. They are still leagues quieter than most other fans with a higher airflow, better warranty though. To avoid these hums you can set a stepped/square fan curve.
