I suffer from acid reflux everyone once in a while, so I tend to keep tums on my night stand at all times. I have tried the chewies and a couple other ones, but this flavor and formula are hands down the best. I take 2 1 hour before I got to bed on nights that I have had spicy food or pasta with red sauce, and I sleep through the night with no issues.
