The front panel comes off, so they can play with it just on the ground. We didn't do that and let our 7/8 mo baby climb on it and push it around. **Q: what are the dimensions?** A: Green handlebars 12" wide, rear blue wheels 18" wide, front wheels 14" wide, front game thing 11" wide.....it is 18" tall from ground to to handlebars, and the length between the from and rear wheels is 17". Our daughter loves this toy.
