She has communicated with me very well in letting me know when to expect the brush set and asked me for my honest feedback on it. I have been shopping on amazon for more than 5 years now and she is the only seller that has ever done that. Now as for the product itself although I have not used them yet, so far I like what I see. The simple brush set is comparable to the sigma brushes without shelling out the extra cash. It give you all the essential brushes you will ever need. Unless you are a freelance makeup artist no one need an excessive amount of makeup brushes. The brushes are extremely soft which is always a plus. When I showed them to my older sister who is a cosmetologist she told me that these brushes were better than her Mary Kay brushes. I have to admit the powder brush was smaller than I was expecting (the handle itself is about the size of my middle finger), but the size of all the other brushes are a pretty good size. The powder brush also shed a little bit, but only 2 small strands.
