Great TV
This is the best TV I've ever had, and I've had a lot of em. Picture is tremendous, excellent color, great sound, games for the grandkids to play, it's been great. It hangs flush against the wall and with the artwork you can choose to display it looks like a real painting. I've had people touch the screen to see if they could feel the texture of the painting. This sucker was expensive but I'm extremely well pleased with the purchase so far.

A quality device and a nice picture
It's not OLED, but it is matt and anti-glare. It's not touch screen, so to use it as a directory, I had to also buy a touch enabled frame. It is nice that the screen is only 3/4" thick and all of the guts are in a separate box which can be 10+ feet away. The remote is RF so it doesn't need line it sight. Set up and wall mounting are easy for an experienced installer. It does have feet if you want to put it on a table...but then get an OLED instead. The apps are OK, what you'd expect. Pricey, and not THE BEST picture as compared to OLED, but for a MATT ART DISPLAY it is great.

Bad picture, bad operating system, bad wall mount
Only buy this TV if you want a picture frame that can also be a TV. Do not buy this if you want a TV that can also be a picture frame. 1. They have clearly sacrificed TV video quality for picture quality. Many of the Samsung OS picture quality settings are disabled for this TV. There isn’t much adjustability to the video quality and the default picture quality lacks definition and suffers from motion rendering. 2. The OS is horrible. Navigation is difficult. WiFi connectivity is a mystery and doesn’t work. It forces you to preview movies in the home page when you don’t want to. The high level Samsung video quality functions are disabled. 3. The art frame gallery requires a $50 per year or $5 per month subscription and the very limited complimentary “art” isn’t artwork. It’s very basic graphic design and a couple photos. 4. The wall mount system is probably the worst design I’ve ever had the displeasure to hang. It’s designed to allow for mistakes in your ability to hang it level, but that only makes it more difficult to hang it in the exact spot you want it. Only buy this TV if you want a picture frame with a $50 per year subscription to display art somewhere in your house that you might sometimes want to also watch TV. If this is your primary purpose, it does the job well. The artwork looks nice, the TV is thin and it looks like a picture frame on the wall. Do not buy this if the primary purpose will be watching TV and you sometimes want to display art. My 10 year old 55” Vizio that cost $300 has better video quality and an equally buggy OS. It’s not worth the price as a TV. I regret buying this TV, when I could have spent the same amount of money or a few bucks more a got a much much better picture quality.

Great product for its intended purpose
We love our 65" The Frame (2025) TV. Having great pics on the wall instead of an ugly tv never gets old. Strongly recommend subscribing to the Samsung Art collection as well. TV display features also work well. Sound is surprisingly good considering the thin frame profile; but best to also get the matching Samsung soundbar as well. I wish there were more options for selecting and arranging pictures, but maybe future sw updates will provide that..

Stunning display and design, with one small caveat
I upgraded to this TV about two weeks ago from an almost 10-year-old set, so the jump was big—but even accounting for that, this TV has been impressive across the board. The first thing that stands out is how incredibly thin it is. Once mounted, it really does look like a piece of art on the wall rather than a traditional TV. The display quality is excellent. Colors look rich and realistic, the picture is sharp, and the matte screen makes a noticeable difference in reducing glare, especially in a brighter room. Art Mode is genuinely top tier—some pieces look so realistic that guests assume it’s framed artwork. Gaming mode has also been smooth and responsive, and there are a lot of settings and features to explore if you like tweaking things over time. Mounting was straightforward and feels very secure, which adds to the overall clean look. My only real complaint is the bezel frames. They’re expensive for what they are, and given the price of the TV, it feels like at least one option should be included. Reviews about their cheaper feel seem fair. That said, this works equally well as a daily TV or a design-forward centerpiece. I’d recommend it for singles, couples, or family households that care about both aesthetics and performance.

Great Art TV, Picture Is Secondary
The 2025 Frame model is definitely an upgrade from previous versions. The picture quality is good, but there are TVs on the market with better overall image performance. I purchased this TV primarily for the art mode and aesthetic, not for the best movie-watching experience. It meets that expectation. I paired my 55” with the champagne Deco frame and really enjoy the look. The remote works fine with the frame installed. One thing I did notice is that the TV doesn’t respond to light changes in the room as well because the sensor is blocked by the frame. Aside from that, I really like this TV. It does exactly what I wanted it to do and genuinely gives the space a fine art feel. I give this TV fours due to the value, as there are other brands making art TV’s at a cheaper price point.

Art piece
I have a hard time choosing art for my that I recently built. I have a frame TV in my family room but a big empty wall in my bedroom. I don’t really watch TV in my bedroom but I decided on the frame TV so that I could change up the artwork. The wall is large so I needed a substantial art piece there. Changing up the artwork is fun and brings a new look into the room every time I change it.

Unsure about the pro upgrade, but picture is fantastic
The main reason I chose the Pro version over the non pro was the wireless OneConnect box. I now own one Pro model and one regular. The wired OneConnect box is actually easier to use. The wireless leaves you having to route power to the panel. The wired box supplies it in a single cable with video and is easier to hide and route through walls. The picture quality is great. When selling our home people often thought it was a painting hanging on the wall.

Execetioanally easyo to install and set up on the wall, really good as a TV and as wall art, the only fiddly thing is getting the height right for viewing. Set it up using a laser line (Bosch Quigo) with the top of the frame 40 cm from the ceiling (2.4m), it seems good like that for viewing as a picture but a bit high as a TV.

I had a Hitachi tv before this which was 10 years old and the tv picture was far superior. We have 2 Samsung frames which I wish I'd not purchased. Often on the frame we're watching a movie and when it shows a scene in bright sun it's all burnt out, so i have to stop the film find the brightness setting (which is several menus to get through as you have to turn off the auto mode) and lower the brightness. Then a dark scene comes on and you have to readjust the brightness and contrast again. We stopped a James Bond movie at least 4 times to readjust. It makes out everything is auto but that just doesn't work. I watch football too and there's a football mode, however it's greyed out and you can't use it. In normal mode the ball glitches and it's unwatchable. The artwork looks good but there's an expensive subscription fee, however there are ways around this if you Google it. The menu is 2 menus in one and contradicts itself. It maybe a user issue but youd have thought the auto modes would make the viewing experience better. Expensive and not fit for purpose.
