Love this stuff. Just hook it up to your garden hose, spray top to bottom, wait 5 minutes, turn the dial to rinse, and the dirt runs right off. Don’t powerwash and hurt your siding. This stuff really works.

I wish I had taken a before and after picture to show how amazing this product worked. It really did reach all the way to my roof of my one-story house, and literally within seconds all the green mildew was gone. The entire paneling looked sparkling new. No pressure washer or scrubbing was needed.

I wish I had taken photos! This stuff worked great! I’m a cynic. I had previously power-washed my siding, and even with a powerful jet stream, it was difficult to clean the moss off the siding, and the power washer was ineffective for the second story. But I saw the pictures in the reviews of this product, and I decided to give it a try. This product took the moss and stains right off! I will definitely use it again. Saved me a ton by not hiring a company to clean my siding. The reason I only gave it four stars is that it arrived with its contents leaking into the box. All three bottles had a small hole punched in the quality seal, so a little bit of the contents leaked out into the box, even though the plastic caps were on the bottles. Maybe this was done on purpose because of pressure buildup during transport, but they could have at least put the bottles inside a plastic bag to avoid a mess. Fortunately, only a small amount had leaked from each bottle, and I was able to complete the project with product left over.

I live in Oregon where it rains a lot and we have a lot of mold growing outside on everything. This cleaner does the trick and does a great job cleaning sidewalks and other outdoor areas. It does have a very strong bleach smell and will leave bleach stains on clothing so be careful!

I bought two bottles of this along with the hose adapter. My goal was to try to get rid of algae and mildew at our creek front cabin. It’s constantly humid and when it rains, the painted deck surface gets a bit slippery. We have a similar problem at our home with flagstones on our patio, even though it’s not on a creek. I let the product sit on the deck for the recommended five minutes, then scrubbed it a bit with a stiff brush. It was warm, but not hot, and it was barely wet when I got back to the first part I had treated. The algae is definitely reduced, but not gone. I applied what was left in the first bottle on the flagstones at home, and let it sit for the full 15 minutes, then scrubbed and rinsed. I can’t see much improvement on the flagstones, but then that’s one of the problems I have with the delivery system. When you screw the hose adapter onto the bottle, it ratchets in place. If you tip the bottle, it does leak as others have pointed out. There also does not seem to be a way to remove the adapter from the bottle without resorting to destructive methods. That’s a real problem for transporting a partial bottle, but also because there is a second bottle and only one adapter. The other problem I have is that the bottle is opaque and there’s no way to know when it is empty. In fairness, the reason that it did not work on my flagstones may be that there was no easy way to know if when the product ran out. For all I know, I may have just been rinsing some of the flagstones with nearly pure water. I’m going to try undiluted product from the second bottle on one of the flagstones that didn’t respond well. All that being said, for reasons I can’t fully define, this underperformed in my opinion. If you decide to get it, I would not recommend getting the package that includes the hose adapter. A garden pump sprayer might be a better choice in that you know when the product and water you mixed in runs out. As for the product itself, this does not appear to be any different from the many deck washes that are out there. It’s mostly chlorine and soap, which you could mix up yourself (2 gallons warm water, 2 cups of 5-6% bleach, 1/4 cup dish soap). Whether you use commercially available or make your own, don’t leave it on wood surfaces too long, or you will degrade the surface and end up with wood that looks “hairy.“

I have had pollen and mildew on my large screened in pool deck screens for a couple of years and tried using a power washer to clean them to no avail. I purchased this product and following the direction to the letter my screens are all clean now. I also have a large amount of bushes behind the screen and this product did not harm them at all. Once again following the direction to the letter and rinsing the bushes off completely.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with this product. I personally didn’t love the included spray nozzle, it worked but I found that it worked best when I dipped a scrub daddy sponge in the solution (wear gloves!!) and then applied directly to the fence while scrubbing, let it sit for 30 seconds, and then sprayed it down. My fence hasn’t looked this good in years. I will purchase this again and I imagine the included spray nozzle would work better for maintenance rather than years of build up.

The only thing I didn't like about this product is the way it arrived. One of the bottles leaked during shipping due to what I would assume as rough handling during shipping. A sturdier jug should be used. The 30 Sec. cleaner worked as advertised spray on wait spray off worked wonders, much better and faster than using a pressure washer.

I bought to bottles to do cleaning of external walls around my house. I found it extremely effective on algae, turning the algae from green to brown/yellow very quickly which I take is a good sign that it’s killing the algae, making it easy to subsequent removal. I also used it to clean mouldy walls and it was also very effective. The bottles came with a hose attachment but it wasn’t compatible with my tap fittings as I am not in the US. However, I poured the solution into a handheld sprayer and sprayed the walls by hand and it worked well. Although you can hose off the solution with a garden hose, I recommend waiting a few minutes for the solution to work and then use a high pressure water hose. Wear a mask as it does give off some fumes. Worked well and I would recommend its suitability as described.

Product does a super job on vinyl siding. I am very pleased with results. It does take a lot of product to do a house .
