Good product

I’ve been using the bio-me GLP-1 support for a few weeks and I’m really impressed. It’s now something I look forward to every day. Taste: The raspberry flavor is super clean and not too sweet. It’s got a refreshing, natural taste. I usually mix it with cold water and it’s actually enjoyable on its own, which isn’t always the case with these kinds of supplements. Mixes easily: No blender needed. I’ve stirred it with a spoon and shaken it in a bottle, both worked fine. No clumps or weird texture, which I appreciate. How it works: I noticed I felt full about 20 minutes after drinking it, and that feeling stuck around for hours. I’ve been snacking less in the morning and eating smaller meals at lunch without even thinking about it. It also helps me avoid that mid-afternoon crash, which is huge. The protein and fiber dosage here is perfect, it's working in my favor. Overall: This has been a solid add to my routine. It tastes good, it’s easy to use, and it helps with appetite and energy. I’ll definitely keep buying it. Great price/value.

Very expensive for something that barely mixes together. I’m on my third shake of this and finally figured out if you do like 1/4c water with the mix and make a sludge, you can then add it to ice and water and shake it up. Or stir it up like instructed. Very foamy, doesn’t taste great. I’ll come back for another update if it ends up working incredibly well but I probably will not order again. It also doesn’t come with a scoop for something so incredibly expensive… and it’s not even a month long supply. Works okay so far, nothing worth writing home about. A normal protein shake and some extra fiber will do the same job for much less “pain and suffering”. But if you have unlimited income, shoot, you might just like it.

Very soothing to the GI tract and great flavor.

This is my second order. It was recommended to me by my dietitian and when I told her it doesn't desolve properly she said to mix it with some warm water first before adding old water. I also add electrolytes powder to it. I love it

I’m so happy bio.me now has a glp1 support supplement! I’ve been researching ways to mitigate the downsides of taking GLP1 and this is the perfect answer. Protein, vitamins, collagen peptides, and digestive enzymes all help keep me regular, energized, and help prevent muscle loss which is the most important factor for me. 14 grams of protein and only 80 calories is amazing- I might keep taking this even once I’m off glp1. It’s light, tastes amazing, and doesn’t make me bloated like protein shakes do. Highly recommend!!!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. It foams up like soapy water when you shake it up and it tastes hooooooooooorrible

Excellent product. Blends well. Not super fan of the taste as it's a bit too sweet. Wish it came in other flavors
