I purchased the Aquaguard Delight Aquasaver RO+UV+UF+MC water purifier at a good price, getting around ₹3,000–₹4,000 discount compared to the market, which initially felt like a great deal. However, my experience was disappointing right from installation. The package had missing parts—specifically, the installation kit was not included. The service technician confirmed this and advised me to contact Amazon. I raised a complaint with Amazon customer support, and they informed me that it would take 4 days for investigation. Unfortunately, even after 10 days, there was no proper follow-up or resolution from their side. After waiting for about a week, I had no option but to call the service technician again, proceed with the installation, and pay extra for the installation kit out of my own pocket. This reflects very poor customer service from Amazon when it comes to handling missing parts or incomplete deliveries. There was no timely support or accountability. Overall Verdict: The product itself may be good, but the delivery experience and after-sales support were extremely disappointing. Buyers should be cautious and ensure all parts are available at the time of delivery.

A Good product and mischevous technician This product is highly effective, notably for its efficient water usage and excellent water retention capabilities, which were key factors in my purchasing decision. The water it produces also has a pleasant taste. Upon the product's arrival, it included a complimentary TDS meter i wanted to check the ppm of my tap water before installation i checked the ppm and kept it back in the box thinking that technician might need it during installation and to my surprise However, the technician who performed the installation took it without my knowledge. The following day, I searched the packaging for the meter but could not locate it. When I contacted the technician, he denied its presence, asserting that no TDS meter was included. Recognizing this as a falsehood, I informed him that there was no need for concern and simply requested the return of the product, indicating my awareness that he possessed it. The next morning, he returned to my residence, handed me the TDS meter, and, with a disingenuous smile, claimed he was unaware of how it ended up in his bag. He then departed swiftly before I could respond. This product is remarkably effective, particularly due to its efficient water usage and superior water retention capabilities, which were primary determinants in my decision to purchase it. Furthermore, the water it produces offers a very agreeable taste. Upon the product's delivery, it was accompanied by a complimentary TDS meter. However, the technician responsible for the installation appropriated it. The subsequent day, I thoroughly inspected the packaging for the meter but was unable to locate it. When I contacted the technician, he denied its inclusion, asserting that no TDS meter had been provided. Recognizing this assertion as untruthful, I informed him that there was no cause for concern and simply requested the return of the product, thereby indicating my awareness of his possession of it. The following morning, he reappeared at my residence, returned the TDS meter to me, and, with a feigned smile, claimed he was uncertain how it had come to be in his bag. He then promptly departed before I had an opportunity to respond.

Product was good and comfortable. Worth a money

Initial days review. May be storage capacity can be enhanced a bit more. The service guy came and installed promptly the next day of the delivery. Will update about the product performance in die course.
